Meccan, 11 verses
In the name of God, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
By the horses making charge, snorting,
and the producers of sparks, striking (their horseshoes),
and the attackers in the morning
that raise cloud of dust with it,
and penetrate to the middle of it (the battle) together,
indeed the human being is ungrateful to his Lord,
and he is certainly a witness to that,
and indeed his love for the good things (and wealth) is extreme.
Does he not know that, when what is in the graves is turned upside down
and what is in the chests/minds is exposed,
indeed their Lord is well aware of them on that day?
